Job Summary:

Mission Health is excited to welcome an experienced APP to join our acute care clinic team at My Care Now Spruce Pine in North Carolina. If the mountains are calling your name, check out the highlights below and submit your application to learn more. We look forward to hearing from you!

Qualified Candidates:
  • Clinic hours are 7a-7p M-F, 9a-7p Sat/Sun
  • 2-3 years’ experience preferred
  • Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses and treatment
  • Performs therapeutic procedures such as I&D, splinting, suturing, managing infection, and wound care
  • Develop and implement patient management plans, records progress notes, and assists in provision of continuity of care
  • Fast-paced environment, largely autonomous work flow
  • Please note that this position does not offer visa support

  • Critical Access Hospital features 30 inpatient beds, including five labor and delivery suites
  • The new facility also features an expanded emergency department and a state-of-the-art surgery center
  • Outpatient services include wound clinic, a full laboratory, digital mammography, CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, rehab therapy, as well as surgical and endoscopy services
