Are you looking to transition from Audit to Transaction Services (TS) that offers great work-life balance or someone looking to take your career to the next level within TS?

As a Manager in TS you will:

  • Perform buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for clients and target companies across multiple industries including manufacturing and distribution, healthcare, technology, construction, restaurant and retail, business services, and food and commodities.

  • Conduct engagements in compliance with applicable professional, regulatory and firm requirements; deliver high quality services by applying results of data analysis; possess knowledge of financial and emerging management concepts and accounting and operational systems; provide value-added strategies or services to assist clients in achieving business objectives.

  • Prepare various analyses, review financial records, and conduct interviews with client and target management to analyze quality of earnings (EBITDA), net working capital, and other financial results.

  • Assist in identifying issues and providing strategies to aid clients with strategic decisions, purchase price adjustments, deal restructuring, or deal termination.

Candidates must have 4-5+ years of experience in Assurance (Audit) or Transaction Services consulting in a CPA firm or related environment.

  • Experience working on manufacturing and distribution clients is desired.

  • Accounting undergraduate degree required.

  • CPA desired, or at least show progress toward CPA certificate.

  • Must be willing to travel up to 25%*.

  • Good client service experience required.

  • There will be no required travel initially, will increase as COVID-19 restrictions loosen.

ABOUT THE TEAM:

Advisory Services (AS) provides transaction support, bankruptcy and restructuring advisory, valuation, corporate finance advisory, litigation and dispute resolution consulting and forensic investigation services. AS provides strategic vision and training to Crowe International's Global Corporate Advisors (GCA), comprised of corporate finance professionals from independent Crowe Global member firms. AS team members collaborate with other Crowe practices on solutions for a broad range industries from financial institutions to manufacturing and beyond.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $118,370 to $171,630.
