POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Position: REGION 2 RECRUITMENTCOORDINATOR
Status: Salaried/Exempt
I. GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Under the general supervision of the Contract Supervisor, or designee, coordinates the scheduling, staffing and facilitation of all recruitment events required by contract. Shall coordinate or provide service inaccordance the requirements of the contract,State, and Federal regulatory and/or other accrediting agencies.
II. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
- This position reports directly to the Contract Supervisor or designee.
III. QUALIFICATIONS(required at time of offer):
(1.) Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or other related field preferred as required by State licensing guidelines preferred. High School Diploma minimum required.
(2.) Must have a minimum of one year relevant experience, as a licensing and recruitment worker.
(3.) Experience speaking to large groups.
(4.) Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
(5.) Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
(6.) Prior experience with Microsoft Office and related applications compatible word processing program.
(7.) Reliable transportation.
(8.) Able to work a flexible schedule, with business hours set by the Agency to include some evenings and weekends.This position will require the ability to work from home.
(9.) Satisfaction of all employment eligibility and Agency hiring requirements.
IV. RESPONSIBILITIES(illustrative and not intended as inclusive; specific responsibilities may vary):
(1.) Coordinate and schedule all events, ensuring appropriate staff coverage.
(2.) Effectively communicate to the Contract Supervisor all cancellations or rescheduling.
(3.) Ensure all staff have adequate supplies to facilitate a recruitment event.
(4.) Ensure all databases accurately reflect the data and activity of the program.
(5.) Attend all planning and collaborative meetings as required by contract.
(6.) Works with the Contract Supervisor and other team members to ensure all contract specific requirements are met.

(6.) Maintains as confidential all matters related to Agency affairs and refrains from internal and external discussions related to any employee, consumer, financial, or administrative issue except as required as part of job performance.
