- Plan training curriculum
- Provides updated training material packets to trainees
- Creates detailed schedule for training and reviews with trainee
- Execution of employee training
- Is responsible for detailed and thorough training of all clients within the designated training schedule.
- Executes active intervention in any and all trainee circumstances to ensure trainee has full understanding of first report.
- Training material management
- Actively assesses & updates training material to ensure all current information is documented.
- Trainee comprehension
- Trains all of first report services (live and retroactive).
- Reviews trainee performance in order to review timeliness of task handling, punctuality and overall performance.
- Reviews trainee performance in order to properly identify performance trends.
- Reports trainee performance and progress daily to VP of Operations and PA.
- Reports trainee performance after trainee has gone live for the following 30 days.
- Coordinates with PA & QAC on any re-training to be completed and follows through with training schedule.
- Successfully demonstrates QRM's best practices
- Adheres to client scripts
- Utilizes best coverage selection
- Selects appropriate claim type/department
- Accurately completes all fields
- Verifies spelling and unknown terminology
- Provides exceptional customer service when handling claim or non-claim calls or correspondence
- Adheres to client service agreements
- Successfully demonstrates QRM's core values
