Job Summary
This position will report to the Dean of Allied Health & Nursing.
This will be a part-time position 20 hours a week and the rate of pay will be $40.00 per hour.
Job Duties:
Assists Allied Health and Nursing students in program and pre-requisite math and science classes with studying content for the courses. May help students study for tests or lab skills or dosage calculations. May provide remediation to students who need extra assistance improving exam scores. Tutor will be working with students after class hours not to exceed a total of 20 hours per week.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have completed an Allied Health or Nursing Program successfully and obtained proper licensure to practice in the field of study. Must be committed to student success, comfortable working with students who have learning challenges, and enthusiastic about working with students from diverse backgrounds.
