Job Purpose:
As an Analytics Coordinator, you will build and maintain Tableau dashboards, and reinforce internal processes and analytics best practices across the organization. You will use data, data aggregation tools, visualization tools, and analytics best practices to turn data into visualizations that inform actionable insights and decision-making.
Duties and responsibilities
- Work to improve and streamline reporting across all accounts by creating and monitoring best practices and standardizations put into place by the Analytics team
- Determine ETL/integration process for media and client data and make initial connections in our data aggregation platform
- Manage tickets and requests with data aggregation partner
- Create interactive and customized Tableau dashboards for key clients
- Develop internal Tableau reports to analyze media performance, credit management, and vendor compliance issues
- Design, develop and support dashboards, visualizations, and reporting tools for operational and business impact data
Qualifications
- Experience in visualizing data & dashboard design
- Experience working with Tableau, Salesforce, Microsoft Access or other reporting and database systems
- SQL or R experience preferred
- Google Analytics or similar website analysis tool preferred
- Project Management experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access)
- Able to work independently to meet deadlines
- Able to multi-task and stay organized
