Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Tuscany apartment community in Papillion, NE. This is a conventional property with 392 units.
This position will pay up to
$20 an hour. The amount will be determined by experience, certifications, skills and education.
$1,000 HIRING BONUS: This will be paid out as, $500 after 30 days of employment and the additional $500 after 90 days of employment!

Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing and electrical

Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
- Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
