We are looking for a friendly, energetic, personable person who is able to communicate well. This role is for someone with a background in fix ups. All skills below are not required but the more you have the better.
- Routine maintenance functions; electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring
- Completing service requests
- Refurbishing apartment vacancies and fixing vacant units for rent
- Grounds maintenance
- Maintain a good attitude towards job performance, personnel and residents
- Emergency On-Call rotation required
- Physically able to lift (50 lbs), bend climb and reach
- Valid State Driver’s License and access to a vehicle
$18-$22/hour based on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
