APL - MW 2nd Shift up to $20/hr plus position premium Job at Motus Integrated Technologies

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review, understand and perform work as outlined in the work instructions and procedures in the area

  • Set-up line by loading fabric and boards to the line

  • Complete documentation and manage inventory and materials for APL lines

  • Analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot APL processes and problems with maintenance and team leaders

  • Recommend improvements and support company continuous improvements initiatives

  • Responsible for promoting a safe work environment and preventing injuries through 5S

  • Continuously analyze the assigned area of responsibility for improved methods of production, tool design, communication, reporting, cost controls and layout; make recommendations to supervisor for improvements

  • Take on additional tasks as assigned by supervisor

ELIGIBILITY/CRITERIA QUALIFICATIONS:

  • This role requires a mechanically inclined skill-set

  • Written warnings received within the last year may impact your eligibility

  • Must be capable of physically performing all essential job functions with reasonable accommodations

  • Understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures

  • If selected, candidate must remain in new role for minimum of 6 months before pursuing other hourly production positions.
