Dirig Design, Inc.is searching for the right individual to help with our ever-growing drafting demands. If you have the ability to understand, deconstruct, and recreate architectural drawings, have strong problem-solving skills and can work well, both individually and in a team. We may have the perfect job for you! As an Architectural Millwork Draftsman (Assistant to start) you will be reviewing architectural drawings alongside cabinet shop drawings (samples) in order to create cabinet shop drawings that will be used for architectural approval and fabrication for the millwork industry.

Job Requirements:

• Able to Read and Decipher Architectural Drawings (Commercial and Residential) in Order to Create Millwork Shop Drawings for Submittal and Fabrication
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2012 or Newer Preferred)
• Experience in Millwork/Cabinetmaking is a Tremendous Advantage
• Organizational Skills
• Attention to Detail
• Workable Computer Skills
• Familiar with Windows 10 Operating System
• Familiar with Google Docs and Gmail
• SketchUp and 3D AutoCAD Skills a plus
• Microvellum Experience is a plus
• 3D Rendering/Modeling is a plus
• Bluebeam Software Experience a plus
• Associate's degree or higher is preferred but not required
• This Position is In-House ONLY at our Unadilla, NY office
