Army Production Project Manager Job at LOCKHEED MARTIN CORPORATION
Sikorsky, a Lockheed Martin Company based in Stratford, CT, is a world leader in the design and manufacture of advanced helicopters for military and commercial missions. The Army Systems group within Sikorsky encompasses key customer-facing roles with the responsibility to ensure support of the U.S. Army. The U.S. Army line of business is seeking an experienced professional to work as part of the Program Management team to provide production support as an Army Production Project Manager.
The Army Production Project Manager will be responsible for the flawless execution of all production obligations under the Army line of business. This role will require you to be organized with excellent attention-to-detail skills as you support manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and other key team members supporting the delivery of all Army Green and Foreign Military Aircraft.
Primary responsibilities include:
BA/BS degree w/ 6+ years of relevant industry and/or functional experience with increasing levels of responsibility. MA/MS degree w/ 4+ years of relevant industry and/or functional experience with increasing levels of responsibility including experience in business management, finance, contracts, and/or program management.
Desired Skills:
Energetic, organized, and results driven, the Army Production Project Manager will have strong earned value skills. The candidate will have the ability to establish positive relationships with various customers, teammates, and subcontractors. The individual will also have solid written, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to work complex issues in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and willingness to take on additional responsibilities is required. Previous program, finance, supply chain, operations or similar experience preferred. Familiarity with RMS Business Models, Rate Structures, BOE and Pricing Tools. Familiarity with H-60 aircraft.

The Army Production Project Manager will be responsible for the flawless execution of all production obligations under the Army line of business. Primary responsibilities include:
- Support inputs into key U.S. Army Production Office metrics, planning alignment of contracts, operations plan and financial plan
- Perform as the Enterprise performance lead by providing management and oversight of the program’s earned value and performance measurements (EPRS). Special focus on risk and opportunity (R&O) management and corporate program management initiatives including Program Excellence Planning (PEP), and Program Risk Based Assessments (RBA), Baseline Reviews (BRs) and Independent Non-Advocate Review (INARs).
- Support Manufacturing Rate Planning (MRP)
- Ensure program compliance and timely delivery of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs).
