This position will work full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm and is located in Barneveld, Wisconsin.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assemble components using templates, instructions, blueprints, and tools.
- Test riflescopes on collimator.
- Check optics for visual defects.
- Package scope in a neat and professional manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 2-4 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to demonstrate specific track record of success and high achievement.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills and capable of communicating effectively with people of all organizational levels.
- Ability to use analysis, wisdom, experience and logical methods to make good decisions and solve problems with effective solutions.
- Highly motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
- Time management; allocates time efficiently to the most important issues, completes work in a timely fashion.
- Ability to self-start, work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to effectively multi-task.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure.
- Ability to use equipment such as small hand tools, collimator, optical handling and alignment equipment.
