The Position
If you are comfortable working independently, standing for long periods of time, able to work with a critical eye, and reliable then you are perfect for this role.
Our service team works closely with clients to assist them throughout the lifecycle of their trip including planning, packing, scheduling and issue resolution. As a Luggage Forward employee, you’ll assist the team in meaningfully impacting the success of our business and help us improve the way people travel.
The Company
Luggage Forward was founded in 2004 by a couple of awesome dudes on a mission to make the journey as enjoyable as the destination. Luggage Forward offers a luggage delivery service that allows travelers to have luggage picked up at their home and delivered directly to just about any destination worldwide! We work with many of the world’s leading travel brands including Air Canada, Starwood Hotels and Viking Cruises. Our clients are luxury leisure travelers and sports enthusiasts, and we do everything possible to make their journey as enjoyable as their destination.
In house position, not remote
Our Downtown Crossing Boston office is a short walk from Park Street, Government Center, and both North and South stations.

Qualifications
We hire people who are organized and driven to succeed and have a strong appetite for working in a team atmosphere. Specific requirements include:
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Acute attention to detail, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage time effectively
- Reliable and consistent
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a generally awesome attitude is preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
