THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN BRIGHTON, MICHIGAN
Description:
Acting under the direct authority of the Production Supervisor of Aspen Technologies, Inc. and reporting to their immediate supervisor, all Assembly Personnel are responsible for performing their duties as instructed in the process work instructions. All Assembly Personnel perform the following duties in compliance with the requirements of IATF 16949.
Duties:
1. Inspect each part for defects (Use quality samples for reference)
2. Deflash, Assemble and Pack parts in accordance to the specific work instruction.
3. Completion of lot tracking sheets
4. Inform Team Leader (Cell Supervisor) when Raw Material stock needs replenishing
5. Verify all Raw material has been “APPROVED” for production and lot tracking sheets are filled out.
6. Keep work area clean and organized
7. Other duties as required

Qualifications:
Good Work Ethic
Ability to learn
Common Sense
Must score 80% or higher on the Training Effectiveness and ISO/IATF 16949 evaluation.
