About SubTo Fund LLC
We acquire and manage multi-family real estate properties through fundraising effects which afford both seasoned investors and everyday investors the opportunity of short-term and long term value and profit. These investment opportunities are offered to Reg D/accredited and Reg A/Non-accredited investors in the multifamily property market.
A successful candidate will direct all aspects of the acquisition of new and profitable multifamily residences. In addition the Asset Manger will act as a liaison between the SubTo Fund and 3rd party property management.
Responsibilities
- This position would entail direct oversight, implementation, and execution of business plans for multifamily assets located throughout Arizona and across the United States.
- This position will become a critical part of our team at SubTo Fund Leadership Team. In addition they will and work directly with 3rd party management and assume significant responsibilities that will include:
- Act as a liaison between SubTo Fund Leadership, property management both on-site and off-site, and project oversight to ensure all are working in unison to execute business plans for each property.
- Monitor and oversight of each property’s business plan’s progress and proactively identify and address potential issues, potential opportunities for improvement, staffing, marketing, and capital expenditures, and manage timelines efficiently
- Collaborate with SubTo Fund Leadership to establish key performance indicators for liquidity events such as acquisitions, refinances, and supplemental loans
- Create annual budgets for each property in the portfolio.
- Be an active participant in weekly asset management calls/meetings which include a review of financials, occupancy, renewals, and ongoing projects
- Assisting with writing quarterly Investor Updates
- Performing and coordinating tours with fund participants as needed
- Diligently research new acquisitions, refinances for current acquisitions and sales for current assets.
- Monitor construction, repair and maintenance to ensure timing, budget and overall goals are met.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of multi-family real estate acquisition with a proven closing track record.
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Finance, Real Estate or Economics.
- Excellent knowledge of multi-family residence market
- Self-starter and highly motivated with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to travel frequently to target markets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Excellent interpersonal skills
