Job Description:
Skills Required:
- Excel, Vlookups, Pivot tables, Charting. Process formulas and create pivots in excel. one year of full-time experience in a supervisory or administrative capacity in business management systems, health care and medical/patient systems administration
Covid Vaccination Card is must.
Duties:
- Coordinating activities with other office staff, volunteers, and community members
- Maintaining records of all incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and other communications
- Coordinating volunteers from various organizations with the needs of specific programs
- Scheduling meetings and events for the department director or supervisor
- Assisting with the development of policies and procedures for the organization and department
- Maintaining an inventory of office supplies, equipment, and materials needed by the department
- Processing purchase orders for supplies and equipment
- Coordinating with contractors to plan and execute events and activities
- Updating and maintaining event calendars, agendas, and contact lists for meetings
Education: Bachelor's degree
