Our Management Team is expanding and we’re looking for a talented Assistant Operations Manager to join our Flagship Store in Wixom, Michigan.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- As an Assistant Operations Manager, it will be your goal to keep business running smoothly while also solving business related issues and to reduce or eliminate future occurrences.
- Partner with the store Operations Manager in executing ongoing operational strategies to effectively and efficiently improve overall store performance.
- Responsible for overseeing entire facility and maintenance, including lot and assisting with inventory.
- Work with Service, Parts, and Sales Managers to interview and staff departments.
- Establish and maintain strong relations with both customers and management at the store level.
- Identify and provide solution for customers.
- Ensure all departments are running smoothly and working together to accomplish organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
- Results driven and a desire to make a positive impact.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Prior Retail Management experience is a must. Minimum of 2 years of people management experience required.
- Must possess strong conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to listen and provide solutions to ultimately finalize sales.
- Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
