The Sapling School is looking for dedicated Assistant Teachers. Our trained staff has been encouraging the intellectual, emotional, and social growth of young minds for many years and are looking for another individual to join our great team. We are looking for teachers who love children, promote educational growth and are very interested in joining a team setting!
This position is part time with a schedule from 3:00pm - 6:30pm Monday through Friday, but can grow into a full time position.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with a team of staff members to provide quality childcare that reinforces learning and growth.
- Candidates should be motivated individuals that have a desire to work in a child care environment equipped with a great, positive attitude.
- Help the lead teacher with the implementation of our curriculum as well as any classroom projects.
- Communicate with staff and students on child related matters.
- Following the direction and tasks assigned to you by the Lead Teacher in the classroom.
- Ensuring the safety of our students at all times while adhering to our company standards and procedures.
- Help to maintain and improve the condition, cleanliness and organization of the classroom.
QUALIFICATIONS
- It is preferred that candidates should possess at least one year experience within a child care setting.
- Compensation contingent on experience and educational background.
- Must have a reliable mode of transportation.
