Assistant Teacher Job at Radiant Montessori School
Radiant Montessori is currently hiring Assistant Teachers. Must have a minimum of 12
quarter credits and one year full time work experience in a LICENSED CHILDCARE
FACILITY.
This is a full time position for immediate hire. Salary is negotiable and competitive
depending on the candidate’s experience. Medical & Dental benefits & paid holidays are
available after 90 days. After one year of employment, PTO and a generous 401k
retirement package available to all full-time (32 hours or more) employees.

The Assistant Teachers assist the Lead Teachers in classrooms and work with the Lead
Teacher to ensure smooth functioning of the classroom.
On most days, the Assistant Teachers will have a set schedule and work in one
classroom. On some days, due to staff absences or other unforeseen reasons, the work
schedules and classrooms may change. We have a great team and changes are not
frequent.
