Requirements

The West Palm Beach office of Kubicki Draper is accepting applications from Florida Licensed attorneys interested in joining their litigation team. 2+ year lawyer wanted for busy personal injury defense practice, with ability to advance to partnership. Looking for a candidate who is dedicated, sharp, and driven. Personal injury litigation experience preferred, but more than willing to train the right candidate.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of personal injury defense cases under the supervision of a partner
• Draft/review substantive pleadings and motions, and discovery responses
• Attend/first chair hearings, depositions, mediations, meetings with clients, as well as negotiate settlements
• Communicate in a highly effective manner with team members and clients
• Ability to work in a fast paced evolving environment
