The Associate Business Analyst provides business analysis and project support for revenue assurance and collections activities to deliver efficient and effective service to the firm and external clients. This role will facilitate strategies to ensure effective and optimal use of resources and minimization of delinquencies while reducing revenue discrepancies.
POSITION SUMMARY:
- The Associate Business Analyst provides business analysis and project support for revenue assurance and collections activities to deliver efficient and effective service to the firm and external clients. This role will facilitate strategies to ensure effective and optimal use of resources and minimization of delinquencies while reducing revenue discrepancies.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitors daily transaction completion, error task assignment/verification and report generation completion
- Performs daily reporting and processing of ACH payment returns
- Performs regression test planning and test execution
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Associate Degree or Technical/Trade School required; Undergraduate/Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience (years and type of experience): 0 years’ experience required; 1 year experience preferred
- Certification(s): None required; None preferred
- License(s): None required; None preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Experience with use case development and testing coordination
- Knowledge of process analysis and process efficiencies
- Demonstrates the organization’s core values, exuding behavior that is aligned with the firm’s culture
TECHNICAL, COMPUTER, AND SYSTEM-SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to learn any other appropriate program or software system used by the firm as necessary
