Reporting to the VP of Business Systems, the Business Systems Analyst will manage the data that powers our company and partner with a diverse team of functional leaders to enable world class business operations.

The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for documentation and design of business processes within our systems and evaluating their impacts on core data and processes. A key success factor will be delivering rapid, and accurate reviews of business process of acquisition integration projects. They will ensure that systems create and maintain accurate, clean, and complete enterprise data, including products, customers and contacts, contracts and all other core data that drives transactions, business intelligence and decision-making within our business. During an acquisition integration program, the Business Systems Analyst will work cross-functionally with all business functions to identify and confirm key processes are mapped and migrated into existing structures and systems on a timely and accurate basis.

This position is expected to grow over time to incorporate additional responsibilities and opportunities as our business continues to expand.

Responsibilities

Process Management

  • Validate and document key enterprise business systems process structures across Order-to-Cash, Talent, Professional Services, Support and Accounting functions

  • Evaluate and document the business process and system implications of changes to business flow

  • Drive changes to businesses systems and processes to create and maintain accurate data

  • Maintain business process flows across all Lead-to-Cash business systems

Administration and Maintenance

  • Design and iterate on processes to identify, clean and otherwise maintain clean and accurate data within core business systems (Validation Rules, Flows, etc)

  • Participate in any project deemed necessary by the organization

Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • 3-4 years of experience working in a corporate environment with common software industry business systems platforms (Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.)

  • Excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills

  • Previous in experience in a BA role, where process mapping was a regular activity

Preferred:

  • Proficient knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, Domo, Salesforce Reporting, or other business intelligence tools

  • Experience in a SaaS environment
