Associate Content Writer Job at Pinehurst Coin Exchange, Inc.
Pinehurst Coins is a leader in the precious metals and numismatic markets with a strong E-Commerce presence. We are currently looking for a Content Writer to assist our marketing department with the creation of product descriptions for our online retail platforms and social media posts. This position will be based out of our Pinehurst, NC facility. We will provide you with training on all of the products you need to be successful. You should be a highly motivated person who works well with others. As a growing business, we can offer lots of future opportunities for those who prove themselves!
We are currently looking for local candidates only; No remote work option is available. Relocation expense compensation will not be offered. Salary will be reviewed after 90 days and will be based on a proven skillset. Successful candidates will have no shortage of advancement opportunities!
This position has the potential to become full-time based on performance and need.
Duties:
- Completing writing projects, meeting deadlines and following content requirements
- Revising content whenever needed
- Helping create style guides or suggesting changes to ensure content is consistent and clear
- Working with various departments to define their content needs
- Conducting research on any given topic
- Writing engaging content for Ecommerce product listings and social media posts
- Evaluating current content and making recommendations as appropriate
- Editing content to ensure voice, grammar and style is correct
- Staying up to date on industry trends to support content development
- Transforming industry concepts and language into content that is easily understood
- Closely working closely with company leadership to ensure constant is consistent with branding and voice of company
- Multi-tasking to completing work on time for multiple projects
Skills:
- Computer proficient
- Fluent typing skills
- Familiarity with Windows
- Strong writing skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with Ecommerce is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
