The Associate Dentist position includes an opportunity to earn base salary + percentage + equity + Bonuses. If you want to practice dentistry with all aspects set in motion for you, at a well established practice, then this is the place for you!
Our philosophy has a strong emphasis in work/life balance. We offer a schedule giving you the option to work 12 hour shifts. You can expect 2-3 days per week in the office with several concurrent days off. Maui and the islands of Hawaii are meant to be explored and enjoyed! You can enjoy your free time while taking ownership in a very successful practice with a tremendous opportunity to earn high compensation.
Compensation Package:
- Guaranteed Base Salary or percentage of Collections, whichever is greater.
- Student Loan Repayment Assistance - $50,000.00.
- Sign-on/Relocation Bonus of $10,000.00.
Position Requirements:
- DDS/DMD degree
- Active and unrestricted license in state of Hawaii (can provide assistance in obtaining)
- Desire to want to continue growing and learning along with mastering clinical skills and treatment planning to supersede your patients’ needs.
