Autism Support Professional - Registered Behavior Technician
Training and Supervision for RBT Certification Provided
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
This is the generic question that everyone asks but few can honestly answer. We want to help you find your path to becoming something more, something special.
At Special Learning, we want you to be your best self and have a career you love well before that 5-year mark. Working with children with Autism is a rewarding career with unlimited potential for growth. The best part is you are changing the lives of others right along with your own.
Who is Special Learning?
Special Learning has been providing training, resources, and support within the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Autism support community for more than 10 years. At the beginning of 2022, our owner, Karen Chung, realized that we could do even more.
Special Learning is now providing staffing and recruiting support within the ABA industry. But there’s a catch – we only partner with clients that meet our extensive ethical practice checklist and have proven to be committed to not only changing the lives of individuals with autism and their families, but also to changing the scope of ABA by advancing the services provided and reaching more families.
Why should you partner with us?
We are here to support you and partner with you in your search for a new position and in some cases, a completely new career. We understand how difficult it can be to determine whether an organization is ethical and a good place to work with just one or two short meetings.
When you accept us as your recruiting partner, we will help you find the RIGHT company, coordinate the interviews, handle your offer negotiations, and provide with you ongoing support as you start this new journey. All we ask in return is that you only accept a position if you believe it is truly the right fit. We want to make long-term matches because consistency is vital to making a difference in the lives of individuals with autism.
