Payne Imports is looking for an Automotive Lube Technician.
Applicant should have general knowledge of automotive repairs as well as makes and models of various manufacturers.
Applicant must have a neat and clean appearance; excellent customer service and communication skills; excel in a fast pace environment and possess basic computer skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Performing requested repair work in a productive and efficient manner
- Performing preventive maintenance on fluid services equipment
- Performing oil changes & quick lubes in an efficient manner
- Performing tire changeovers & wheel balancing
- Light duty repair work - wipers, air & cabin Filters
- Repairing vehicles under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- Providing the Service Advisor with an estimate of any additional repairs needed
- Attending training sessions that are applicable to the career path and position requirements
- Following appropriate safety procedures and notifying the Shop Manager of safety hazards or needed equipment repairs
