Position Purpose/Summary: Responsible for accurate and timely processing of daily ACH exception files, processing of ACH returns, and ensuring ACH documentation is retained according to the Credit Union retention policy and NACHA Operating Rules. Provides support to Branch locations on membership ACH questions. Responsible to decision daily ACH exception transactions and communicates directly with management as needed to ensure appropriate action is taken or resolutions obtained.

Education & Experience: We pride ourselves in our advocacy for education, growth, and opportunity for experience at Visions FCU. Requires minimum of a high school diploma. Finance and/or ACH experience preferred.
