Automotive Operations Manager Job at Colonial Municipal Group
Position Title and Description
Operations Manager – Reports directly to the President/General Manager, oversees the day-to-day operations which includes managing the Production/Operations, Logistics, Purchasing, and Warehouse departments.

Qualifications and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Strong organizational and computer/software skills
· Strong leadership and team building skills
· Strong problem-solving resolution and analytical thinking skills
· Solid understanding of all aspects of the vehicle upfit/aftermarket industry desired but not required.
· Ability to stay focused, follow through, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
· Good exposure to project work and associated project management
Responsibilities
· Coordinates activities with all areas of the company to ensure quality services, timely response, and compliance with contractual agreements.
· Provide leadership and training to staff in all departments
· Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
· Oversee the daily operations of the company
· Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
· Plan, implement, and monitor monthly production schedule and ensure drive to plan
· Troubleshoot and resolve conflicts and issues as they arise daily
· Work with senior level staff and plan for short and long-term goals
· Identity and address problems and opportunities for the company
· Maintain and audit software date to ensure accuracy and reliability
· Conduct quality control tests to ensure organizational standards are being met
· Create and disburse reports to management on the overall state of the operational processes
· Control and monitor company expenses such as overtime, shop expenses, office expenses, etc.
· Oversee operational areas to determine opportunities for process improvement

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
