General Summary of Job Duties: Responsible for assisting the beverage department including bartenders and bar apprentices by stocking the bar, delivering orders from the main warehouse or beverage storage areas to beverage outlets, cleaning beverage equipment including glass washing machines, floor mats, trash containers and carts, stocking and cleaning pump room and storage areas in accordance with Health Department standards.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties:

• Cleanliness of Beverage Outlets: Drains, Walls, Stainless Steel, to be performed throughout the shift, every shift.
• Cleanliness of Equipment used in Beverage Outlets
• Communication with Bartender and Apprentice Bartender
• Transports bar product from warehouse to bar outlet which includes but not limited to beer kegs.
• Maintains company issued uniform.
• Reports to work in an authorized uniform to include the cleanliness of such uniform and in compliance with company standards.
• Maintains a clean and well groomed appearance
• Provides courteous and friendly service to internal and external guests

General Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintain a high quality of guest service according to Silverton STYLE.
• Check for proper identification of a guest appearing to be under the age of 35 years old.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.
• Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
• Maintain an open line of communication with Managers.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guest, fellow Team Members, and Vendors.
• Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
• Regular attendance to all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
• Arriving on-time for all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Education & Other Requirements:

• Minimum education: high school or equivalent experience.
• Age Requirement: 21 and over
• At least 6 months of experience related experience preferred

• Must possess: Southern Nevada Health District Card and Alcohol Awareness Card
