Jacksons Restaurant + Bar adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Southpointe is looking for a Bar Supervisor to join their team. The Bar Supervisor is responsible for bar operations, ensuring that customers receive the best service possible, upholding a constant level of staff productivity, ensuring that the bar's budget is not exceeded and maintaining health and safety standards within the bar.
- Ensuring that patrons have pleasurable drinking and dining experiences.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints
- Manage reservations including private dining room. Will serve as the liaison for private dining room reservations. Will work with the Managers and Executive Chef to plan private dining events and meet clients requests and needs.
- Assist team when needed in roles throughout the restaurant.
Required Skills:
- Must be 18 years of age able to work in a fast-paced environment and available for all shifts
- Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
- Outstanding people skills
- Previous Food & Beverage experience
- a minimum of 2 years prior experience and knowledge of beer, wine and spirits
