Mighty Mugs Coffee has 7 locations. Kent-Renton-Tukwila-Burien-Issaquah-West Seattle-Fremont. We are family friendly!

We pay base pay $15 per hour. Up to $16.50 in Jan, An option for a $1 an hour bonus based on numbers. We also pay 1/2 of your insurance premium you set up yourself up to $400. Tips are alway good at Mighty Mugs as well. We are busy and our customer service is excellent!

THE JOB:

Tukwila Afternoons Sat-Tue
We are looking for someone WITH experience for a busy afternoon shift. Pay is 15.00/hr +tips (Average $25-30 pr/hr or more with tips). Hours are 10:45-5:15pm on Saturday-Tuesday. We also require 2 on call weekdays per month. On-call pay is $22.50 + tips if you get called in on your on call day. Please don’t expect to take more than one weekend off every 2 months.

Tukwila Barbacking M-F

We are looking for someone with or without experience that loves a fast paced environment. pay is $20 and hour with the option to bonus if you hit high numbers in the am. No tips are included in this shift. You are assisting the main am barista. Hours are 7am-10:15am. Lots of fill in can also be included if you want more hours.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Someone who LOVES people and is loved by people. Someone who finds it easy and fun to have short interesting conversations with all different kinds of people. Burien Weekend Afternoons Sa/Su
We are looking for someone With or Without experience for a busy weekend shift. Pay is 15.00/hr +tips (Average $25 pr/hr or more with tips). Hours are 11:45-5:15pm on Saturday and Sunday. We also require 2 on call weekdays per month. On-call pay is $22.50 + tips if you get called in on your on call day. Please don’t expect to take more than one weekend off every 2 months.

Asking for no days off for 60 days upon hiring and there is a 50% Stipend for insurance premium offered!
