As a Bartender, you must be motivated, team oriented, friendly, dependable and driven to providing excellent guest service, while following our teamwork philosophy. A qualified candidate will strive to exceed our guests expectations every day. As a Bartender, you will be responsible to successfully completing our alcohol training program. You will also must be capable of memorizing specs for each drink. Craft beer knowledge is required to be successful. The right candidate must be able to lead by example and have a desire to teach others and share their great cocktail and beer knowledge to fellow employees as well as guests. Dedicated to delivering a consistent product each and every shift. Previous restaurant experience is preferred.
