Behavior Technician- Contingent Job at Easter Seals - Michigan, Inc
Provides top quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism, within the home and/or ABA center, with direct oversight by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). Uses the principals of ABA to teach self-help, academic, motor, play, social skills, language, and appropriate adaptive behaviors. Assists in daily cleaning protocols when working at the center. Aid children in typical tasks analysis, including but not limited to daily routines, such as dressing, toileting, washing up, brushing teeth, eating, cleaning up, etc. Implements ABA treatment protocols with fidelity, as directed by a BCBA.
Education
Required- High School or better
- Some college or better in Psychology
- Some college or better in Education
- Some college or better in Social Work
- Some college or better in Human Development and Learning
Licenses & Certifications
Required- Auto Insurance
- DRIVERS LICENSE
