Most of our clients are Spanish Speakers; Our RBTs are mostly English Speakers; Thus, we preferably look forward to bilingual BCBAs working side by side with our Clinical Director, who is a Medical Doctor and an experienced BCBA.

Behavioral Health Field (BH Field) is an ABA Practice, providing heart-centered ABA focused on NET at home, and in the community when appropriate; we are now starting to focus on the principles of NDBI, as well. We are dedicated to hiring BCBAs who are: qualified, highly organized (including planning and time management), friendly, self-motivated, enthusiastic, creative, goal-oriented, able to motivate clients to learn, flexible, caring, working independently, working well in teams, and bilingual BCBAs to provide the highest standard of ABA therapy to children with Autism and Intellectual-Developmental Disorders (IDD).

Your job at BH Field:

Provide ABA services, Supervision, and Parent training for children with Autism, IDD and their caregivers. The learner receives direct therapy provided by an RBT. The Clinical Director might supervise the BCBA.

Duties will include:

• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments (VB MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS…)
• Deliver ABA Compassion-focused sessions, supervisions, and parent training
• Design and update behavioral programs to fill the learner needs
• Supervise and train RBTs on the effective application of behavioral interventions
• Monitor fidelity of implementation of behavioral goals

• Responsible for clinical oversight of behavioral intervention plans
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor to treat others with respect and dignity
• Effective and empathic communicator, either as a listener or speaker
• Strong ability to set and meet deadlines to ensure tasks are completed accordingly within the quality standards

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification.
• 8-Hour Supervision training finished.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Access to reliable electronic devices (Wi-Fi, headphones, laptop, phone …)
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Ability to be an effective agent of a treatment team.

Job Type:
Part-time, per diem.

$80-85/worked an hour

$300 Referral Bonus after one month of working with us
