Position Summary:
The Beit Medrash Mentor will assist students with with premarital education content on campus.
Position Responsibilities:
Form relationships - Individualized recruitment & meetings
- Arrange personal meetings with registrants to best understand their social interests
- Facilitating match suggestions
- Follow up with YSLinks registrants from the S. Daniel Abraham alumni
- Promote relationship building education materials
- Document those who have had personal meetings, track activity and success
- Brainstorming meetings (frequency to be determined upon launch)
- Coach & mentor those who are building relationships
- YUConnects will provide supervision and a listing of professional counselors should further intervention be necessary
- Mashgichim and Rebbeim at YU
- YUConnects staff
- Young couple Ambassadors
Experience & Education Background:
- Bachelor's degree
- Rabbinical ordination preferred
- Familiarity with YU campus community
- Familiarity with YU faculty

Salary Range:
$28.50-$28.50 hr
