We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals to work in a professional business environment to educate and enroll employees in their corporate benefits. The ability to communicate effectively regardless of audience is one of the key factors to success in this position. We are looking for intelligent, professional, communicators that will ensure that employees in our client companies receive the benefit education they need in order to make great decisions for themselves and their families.
We expect our Benefit Counselors to:
- Meet with employees one on one at each of our client companies
- Deliver benefit education in a manner that is consistent with our core values
- Partner with multiple producers to support their client companies
