• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
• Assures that all state and local laws and club policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages are consistently followed.
• Knowledge of and ability to perform required role during emergency situations.

Job Summary (Essential Functions)

• 
  Provide beverage service on the Course to club members and guests.

Job Tasks/Duties

• 
  Prepares garnishes, fruits, and juices/mixers prior to opening bar.
• Set up station and performs assigned side (prep) work.
• Provides immediate attention to all members and guests upon entering station.
• Answer questions about the Course/outlets.
• Ensure that the correct account items and names are given for billing.
• Keeping the restrooms clean and stations/cart member ready.
• Removes trash and towels from the station throughout the day as well as one final sweep before leaving for the day.
• Keeps cart and storage areas clean.
• Advises manager of any complaints as soon as they occur.
• Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned by manager.
• Consistently follows local and state laws and the club's policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages to members and guests.
• Maintains records of liquors, beers, and wine to ensure bar stock is always maintained. Does this using the Pull Sheet given by the supervisor.
• Performs other appropriate duties assigned by Comfort Station Supervisor.

Licenses and Special Requirements

• 
  Food safety certification.
• Of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Alcoholic beverage certification.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• 
  Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch, twist, or reach.
• Push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work in ever changing work environment. (i.e., temperature/weather conditions/inside/outside)
• Working outside for long hours.
