Bilingual Telesales Rep - Remote Job at Henry Schein
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Calls customers assigned to territory to achieve 85% call completion by month end to inform about current promotional product offers and suggest new products and technologies, utilizing consultative sales techniques.

Calls partnered Field Sales representatives to keep abreast of sales and changes that take place in the accounts that they share.

Negotiates competitive pricing with customers, within limits or contracts, to achieve the sale. Places customer orders over the phone and closes sales transactions.

Contacts inactive accounts to learn the reason the practice is not placing order, and offers improved pricing or service to regain the business.

Builds a partnership with our vendor representatives to help close sales and to keep the offices informed of additional specials the vendors are running.

Responsible for remaining aware and knowledgeable of promotional programs, competitive products, and merchandising-marketing practices. Attends vendor product training sessions, and learns product details and key selling points of products and technologies

Works with Customers Service to assist customers in product returns, addresses and handles customer complaints, such as incorrect item shipped, pricing discrepancies and re-orders. Advises management of any situations requiring appropriate authorization.

Forwards promotional information, including material developed by Marketing, to customers by mail or fax.

Assists customers in resolving product-related technical questions by working with Technical Support Representatives, or by contacting and obtaining information form the manufacturers directly. May answer some questions on products demonstrated in product training sessions by vendors.

Receives territory assignments from management and keeps management up to date on any issues that may require manager assistance. Consults with managers on referrals and account changes.

Maintains up to date customer records in accordance to company standards.

Attends and participates in sales meetings, training programs, and conventions and required.

Handles Inbound customer calls, as necessary.

Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.

Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures including WorldWide Business Standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Dental merchandise product knowledge
Experience:

One year of administrative sales experience or the equivalent required

Prior import/export experience is preferred
The posted range for this position is $30,000 to $50,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to be fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
This position is eligible for an incentive not reflected in the posted range.
