Our Entry Level Billing & Data Entry Specialist role is vital to RoadOne’s operations and helps enable growth.

This position is responsible for all aspects of operational billing, including but not limited to: reviewing paperwork, confirming rates, scanning documents, entering data and imaging into our systems, helping ensure invoice and payables accuracy, helping resolve questions, and ensuruing customer are billed on time and carriers are paid on time.

Essential Functions:

· Works with internal and external stakeholders to ensure billing activities are done in a timely manner.

· Works with operations to ensure billing and rates are correct.

· Contacts carrier partners to retrieve missing paperwork.

· Contacts customers as needed for billing approvals.

· Enters data and documents into our internal systems and potentially external systems.

· Process invoices and other needed paperwork accurately to ensure the billing process completes in a timely manner

· Responds to internal and external questions, finding the correct answer for each unique situation.

· Works with operations on data entry and other activities as assigned.

Requirements:

· 1+ years of previous billing/data entry experience preferred though not required

· Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office (Excel)

· Attention to detail and accuracy skills mandatory

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

· Ability to type at a reasonable fast rate

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment, under very restrictive time constraints

· Ability to manage change and adapt quickly

· Candidate should have a good teamwork and professional attitude, along with a polished demeanor to work with internal staff and external Clients
