Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Bindery Operator to assist our client with their printing in Broadview, IL. The Bindery Operator will be responsible for interpreting and following directions from work tickets to ensure an efficient production process is followed. Bindery Operator Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $18, based on experience
• Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
• 2nd shift schedule, 3 pm to 11:30 pm
• Located in Broadview, IL

Bindery Operator Duties and Responsibilities

• Use a variety of tools and finishing equipment, such as folders, saddle stitchers, and cutting systems
• Follow instructions found on work tickets to ensure correct processes are followed at all times
• Fold, cut, stitch, and lift raw materials to create finished products
• Maintain a safe working environment and follow safety procedures at all times

Bindery Operator Requirements and Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual ability required (English & Spanish)
• E-Verify, Background, drug test required
• Experience working as a Bindery Operator or Machine Operator is required
• Previous experience in a printing / bindery / manufacturing factory is preferred
• Basic math skills and communication skills are required
