CenClear’s Mental Health Division is looking for full-time Supervisor for Blended Case Management services.

Hours: 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Location: St Marys Office - 427 N St Marys Rd, St Marys, PA 15857

General Description of Duties:

To lead the Blended Case Management (BCM) program both supportively and administratively in providing the highest quality service and following the core principles of the Sanctuary model to the staff and consumers we serve while adhering to state and funding source guidelines. CenClear provides BCM services in the following counties: Blair, Cameron, Elk, Juniata, Huntingdon and Mifflin. The BCM Supervisor would support and supervise the BCMs providing services in Cameron and Elk counties. This position reports to the Director of BCM.

Qualifications:

  • A master’s degree in social work, psychology, rehabilitation, activity therapies, counseling or education and three years mental health direct care experience OR
  • A bachelor’s degree in sociology, social work, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, history, criminal justice, theology, counseling, education, or be a registered nurse, and five years mental health direct care experience, two of which shall include supervisor experience OR
  • A bachelor’s degree in nursing and three years mental health direct care experience.

Specific Description of Duties:

  • Provide leadership for staff including open communication, shared governance, open communication, growth and change, team building and performance motivation
  • Foster a safe environment to promote staff morale and retention
  • Monitor and maintain program compliance ensuring the BCM program is meeting state guidelines and regulations, performance standards set forth by the Behavioral Health Managed Care companies and annual OMHSAS reviews.
  • Monitor and maintain program productivity. Motivate staff to meet and maintain expected individual productivity
  • Create opportunities for change that will empower staff to be effective and efficient members of the program
  • Monitor staff timeliness of paperwork submission
  • Prepare for staff meetings to discuss our growth and change with policy changes and program status
  • Monitor that all staff have participated in required WPIC/OERP trainings
  • Train, direct staff on an ongoing basis
  • Conducts yearly performance reviews of all staff
  • Help staff follow established work plans and priorities as our social responsibility, assess the progress of staff, and take corrective action if needed
  • Provide weekly individual/group supervision with assigned staff that may also include observations of sessions in clinic or by video tape or paper review.
  • Hire, fire and maintain staff ratios
  • Practice open communication with all CenClear staff
  • Assist and respond to the delivery of identified strategic goals related to the BCM program.
  • Maintain working relationship with community, schools, various community programs and resources, managed care organizations, and county administrators
