Bookkeeper Needed
Job requires 2 days per week in office in Necedah, WI and 3 days per week in office in Madison, WI. Schedule can be adjusted/flexible as necessary.
Job Duties:
Enter, code, and attach files to Quickbooks transactions as they are emailed to a specified email address.
Handle data and transaction entries for multiple small businesses, each averaging at 10-15 transactions per week.
Accurately classify information and request assistance as needed.
Prepare data for monthly reconciliations and be prepared to pull up to date reports at a given time.
Assist with administrative assistant-type in-office tasks, such as mail scanning, check recording and depositing, and mailing of payments as instructed.
As this is a multiple office position, hours and driving time/pay are negotiable. The right candidate will show enthusiasm and the desire to help the management team make quality decisions and grow the companies.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
