BRANCH MANAGER
ProDrivers, the largest truck driver services company in the country, specializes in placing CDL drivers in local, regional, and OTR truck driving jobs across the country.
We are seeking a savvy leader to fill an immediate Market Leader opening in the Chicago area. In this hands-on role, you will be overseeing operations and service delivery for this key market.
Primary duties for the Branch Manager include:
- Overseeing day-to-day branch operations
- Working closely with the branch sales rep to grow sales in the market and interacting regularly with key prospects and customers
- Ensuring that we are delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients and drivers
- Ensuring that all commitments are delivered upon consistently
- Monitoring financial performance and participating in strategic planning for the branch and market
- Demonstrating the company’s and the area’s core values, operating principles, and service differentiators
- Assisting the branch team as needed with recruiting and dispatching
- Daily interaction with drivers
Requirements for the Branch Manager include:
- Desire to make a difference in people’s lives
- At least three years of related management experience in a service-related industry
- Proven ability to grow revenue and manage a P&L
- Outstanding relationship building skills with drivers and clients
- Strong leadership, training, and team-building ability
- High levels of motivation, initiative, and self-direction
- Solid organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
- Computer skills including MS Office, Outlook, and the ability to learn new systems as needed
