Branch Manager- Moss Bluff Branch Job at CSE Federal Credit Union
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
· Establish and implement branch goals, standards and expectations to meet and/or exceed branch profitability and growth goals
· Maintain a highly motivated and well-trained staff in an effort to have optimal member service satisfaction levels, while maintaining effective employee relations.
· Maintain knowledge of the Credit Union’s products and services in order to efficiently motivate staff in producing a cross-selling environment within the branch.
· Apply and evaluate policies and procedures set for the branch. Ensure the branch is in compliance with credit union regulations and procedures, and federal and states laws and regulations set forth by the National Credit Union Administration and other regulatory agencies.
· Manage the security and safety of the branch. Analyze and monitor security and safety policies and procedures on an on-going basis. Ensure that staff receives notice of any changes in security and robbery procedures.
· Monitor branch operations and appearance to ensure a consistent, professional approach. Appearance and operations include but are not limited to policies such as Dress Code and Branch Facilities as well as actions expected per our Core Values.
· Assist staff or members in solving complex account problems.
· Manage branch staff, including overall directions, coordination and evaluation, as applicable.
· Assist in evaluating staff’s work performance by helping to prepare and deliver performance reviews and perform coaching sessions, as applicable.
· Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, as applicable.
· Support hiring efforts of qualified applicants, as applicable.
· Reporting any identified weaknesses/ issues to appropriate senior management.
· Collaborates with and under the direction of the Director of Business Development and Marketing to be the community Credit Union representative.
o Participate in branch networking opportunities in order to promote the credit union brand by membership in local organizations; participating in community events, initiatives & volunteerism.
o Promote strong relationships within the community. Contributes to the image of the Credit Union and works to encourage members to make the credit union their primary financial institution.
o Responsible for prospecting and enhancing business relationships. Expectation is regular interaction with local businesses to offer business services to increase accounts and growth.
· Collaborates with and under the direction of the Chief Lending Officer to accept consumer loan applications, mortgage loan applications (if registered MLO), initial business loan applications and conduct loan closings, as applicable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
