You will have the chance to touch all aspects of the business at the branch level. This includes supervising and managing a team of hardworking turf and lawn specialists. You’ll have a direct hand in building your team through hiring, on-boarding, and training, all while being supported by a dedicated Regional Manager to assist you with branch finances and reporting. Help build and implement strategies to improve both the growth and performance of your specific branch while having the full support and two-way coordination with all Home Office personnel in addition to your Regional Manager. This includes implementation of policy and procedures, budgeting and marketing strategy, and especially branch sales! Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day supervision and the leadership of your team.
  • Recruiting, vetting, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Budget creation and analysis.
  • Forecast your branch's physical and fiscal needs.
  • Build a motivated and engaged team. Providing ongoing training, coaching, and developing.
  • Oversight in developing your branches marketing strategy and physically implementing that specific marketing plan.
  • Ensure great customer experience for new and established customers.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to prioritize and manage your time efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable of encouraging, leading, and mentoring your team members.
  • Desire and drive to grow and expand your branch.
  • Strong aptitude for analyzing data and reports.
  • Able to listen and empathize while at the same time analyze and strategize.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Accomplished at setting and meeting your goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
