Location: Downers Grove Office
Position Summary:
Work with the cross-functional Packaging design team to create category-defining, world-class packaging for all of our brands
What will you do?
Responsible for designing original, creative packaging designs across the Instant Brands portfolio
Manage and extend complex design systems, keeping in mind hierarchy, brand platform, and clarity of design
Work cross-functionally to gather requirements, information, and sign-off on designs
Ensure projects are delivered on time
Consider structure, unboxing experience, and shelf stand-out
Work closely with copy, marketing, and brand teams to solve complex design problems

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required
3-5 years in design agency, or design-focused, fast paced start-up environment
Demonstrated technical skills and the ability to think conceptually
Passion and obsession for design and trend
Proven track record designing beautiful and efficient packaging systems
Fluency in Adobe Suite
3D Rendering capabilities preferred
Ability to work seamlessly in a remote or in-office environment
Experience in Workfront a plus
