BRAND PRESIDENT AMERICAS

to join our team. Reporting directly to the International Sales Director based in Switzerland, you will be accountable from A-Z to grow the brand in North and South America.

We expect you to constantly seek new business opportunities and to accelerate business growth and brand awareness in the region. Being a key ambassador of Roger Dubuis, your main duties will include:

• Lead the Americas region to new heights, with a clear vision and a strong capacity of execution with excellence

• Manage and constantly develop our team of highly skilled individuals

• In line with the Brand’s long-term strategy, develop sales and distribution strategies for Roger Dubuis across retail and online channels, with a clear road map to adopt, adapt and develop NEW RETAIL across the whole country with all stake holders

• Develop and adapt local Marketing and Communication strategies to increase brand awareness

• Establish yourself as the face for Roger Dubuis in the region to external customers, clients, Press and Key Opinion Leaders.

• Connect and develop a network within the UHNWI community

• Manage and respect financial reporting, budgets and compliance

• Be the bridge to our local Richemont colleagues in the US

  
  

Your Profile:

• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and can make things happen

• You are curious, creative and find pragmatic solutions to problems

• You are audacious and a natural relationship builder who has the client at heart

• You have a background and thorough understanding of the luxury industry and a strong Retail/ Commercial/ Omnichannel experience for the past 10 years in a matrix organization

• You are a great people leader because you lead by example and have experience in managing across functions

• You are able to solve tough negotiations and are used to work cross functionally

• You are an expert communicator, and you speak fluent English, any other language is of course a plus

• You are open to travel up to 50% of your time nationally/and or internationally

  
  

Expected Salary Range: $154,880 - $200,000

Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
