Business Analyst - Ridgefield Park, NJ

12 + Month contract

Requirements

  • Deep experience in auditing web site experience journey, design layout, and content/information architecture to identify areas of opportunity and next step actions.
  • Business acumen to understand and address matrix divisions’ needs of site experience
  • Track record of synthesizing data and user research insights into auditing objectives.
  • Establish and recommend programmatic audit process, deliverables, and recommendations/points of view.
  • Strong CX/UX portfolio & experiences that demonstrate deep understanding of end-to-end systems thinking, strategic approaches to decision making, and core knowledge across a variety of categories (e.g. design, content, development, production) and formats (e.g. web, OS frameworks, mobile viewports).
  • Understanding of web technologies (front end and back end) to round out audit & subsequent POVs
  • Ability to humanize insights and designs to project teams and senior leadership.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and candid, respectful debate, with a bias of leading towards clarity. A positive attitude, open mind, and a desire to collaborate with and learn from multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Prioritization, organization and multitask skills are a must.
  • Fast, responsive, and strong communication skills. Know when to text, meet, call or email. EQ is just as important as IQ.
  • Experience working with eCommerce/merchandising, Product Management and Marketing teams.
  • Proven experience in adjusting and adapting deliverables with any changes.
  • Able to work in a multi-location/time zones of partner groups & stakeholders to deliver on the product or service objectives.
  • Experience in brand marketing, social & performance marketing a plus * Fluency with common design software for the creation of workflows, wireframes, design mockups including Sketch or Adobe.
  • JIRA & Confluence fluency or similar project management tools are a big plus
  • Requires a minimum of 8-10 years of cumulative industry experience in CX, UX, Marketing & Analytics disciplines.
  • B.A. or B.S. Degree or equivalent experience

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Understand the various goals of stakeholders, and how to prioritize a holistic audit and reporting matrix accordingly.
  • Utilizes strong foundation in CX best practices & analytics to audit the website experience on an established cadence + any ad hoc projects/tasks.
  • Lead audit conversations and influence decision-making backed by strong CX/UX and tech rationale and data, while also balancing the needs of cross-department stakeholders in ecommerce and brand storytelling.
  • Effectively and creatively communicate ideas with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Create information architecture structures that drive our digital experience strategy, with scalability and extensibility in mind.
  • Work in rapid development cycles while remaining ?exible.
  • Deliver projects that meet requirements and timelines aligned with the stakeholder, brand, and business objectives.
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration by exhibiting a high degree of organizational awareness and building and maintaining solid relationships both within the Corporate Marketing team and stakeholders.
