Business Development Job at BrightStar Care Santa Barbara
Are you seeking an opportunity to put your relationship building skills to work? We are looking for a sales-minded person that is interested in building our facility staffing business. You would be responsible for getting new contracts, monitoring and renewing existing contracts with facilities, residential treatment centers, and clinics in the Santa Barbara area. Contacts will be made via phone, email and in-person. Maintain Excel spreadsheets and add contacts and send emails using ZOHO (CRM). Participate and partner with community organizations and coordinate events. Conduct touch points with current home care clients. Prepare and present reports. *This is not a remote position. Requires in-office and travel throughout Santa Barbara area.*
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Customer Support Software (CRM) or willing to learn
- Drivers License, auto insurance and reliable transportation are a must
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Strong attention to detail
