Connected Health Care is a healthcare staffing firm focused on helping hospitals alleviate labor shortages with temporary workers on 13-week assignments. Think travel nursing. Since our founding 2 years ago, we’ve already helped 200+ companies across the healthcare space with their staffing needs. Our clients range from fortune 500 Hospital Systems to 8-bed Critical-Access Hospitals!

The job.

We are looking for a sales-oriented individual with a passion for connecting with others to join the team in a business development capacity. This role is 100% outbound and the ability to sell and work with both warm and cold leads it critical. You will primarily be working with Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Urgent Care Centers, and any other entity that employs Nurses and Allied Health Professionals!

Compensation.

We’re looking for a team member driven by incentives. We offer a base salary of $52,000 with uncapped commissions tailored to allow great representatives the ability to earn well in to the six figures.

Training.

Don’t worry if you don’t know much about the healthcare industry. We have a comprehensive training guide that walks you step-by-step what you need to know, and how to do the job. We also have multiple paid tools that allow you to work in the most efficient way possible.

Qualifications:

This is sales where the product is a job. So our team members are personable, comfortable talking to new people, and, above all, persistent.

We are looking for self-driven individuals who love making the "sale" and creating new relationships!

Beyond personal traits, we have very few “make-or-break” criteria, but we do have preferences:

At least 1 year of sales experience

Bachelor’s Degree or higher
